TAPES, CORDS & FABRICS
Hook & Loop
Our hook & loop fastening systems come in a wide range of colours and in various widths. We also stock different types including an A and B quality in order to suit your specific requirements and budget.

We are also equipped to produce special colours to match your requirements, subject to minimum quantities being ordered.
Webbing
Our standard range of webbing comes in various colours, textures and widths. Standard widths are:
8mm, 10mm, 14mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 38mm and 50 mm.
Because our webbing is manufactured locally in our Durban factory, we are also able to produce a wide range of different weaves, textures, colours and widths in custom combinations to meet your unique requirements.
Non-standard colours and or designs are subject to minimum quantities being ordered.
Tapes & Binding
We produce a wide range of Twill, Binding, Petersham and Wallet tapes in polyester or polyproelene. Standard widths are: 6mm, 10mm, 12mm, 13mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 38mm, 50mm and 100mm.
These products are all manufactured locally in our Durban plant and therefore it is possible to supply these in any colour and width between 6mm and 100mm.
Subject to minimum quantities being ordered, we can also produce special colours to meet your requirements.
Draw Cords
Our standard draw cords are available in several different weave textures and diameters, with the standard colour range being identical to that of our webbing.
Below are some examples of the standard cords we manufacture in polyester cotton. Special colours can also be produced if required.

Fabrics
We also supply 600D, 70D and 420D PVC laminated polyester and nylon fabrics.
These products are waterproof and suitable for use in luggage, upholstery and outdoor products. The standard roll width is 150cms wide and 50 metres in length.
Apart from the standard range below, custom colours can also be produced subject to minimum quantities being ordered.
ACCESSORIES & TRIMMINGS
Belt Locks & Adjusters
Our comprehensive range of ring belt adjusters, tri-glides, ladder locks and loops include metal as well as plastic varieties.
The standard metal products are mostly electroplated, but may in some cases be epoxy colour coded for colour matching, subject to minimum quantities being ordered.
Side Release Buckles
Our range of side release buckles and clamps are all S.A.B.S tested, and are available in various sizes and some even in different colours.
Like most of our other products, new designs are added regularly and we advise that you check for updates on our website from time to time.
Luggage Trims
We stock a wide range of trims, components and accessories for the luggage industry. Most of these items come in various sizes and some also in different colours.
This is an ever expanding range, and we suggest that you check back for updates occassionally.
Snap Hooks
We also stock a variety of electro-plated metal and plastic snaphooks and bolt hooks.
Special colour coated hooks can also be produced when required, subject to minimum quantities being ordered
ZIPS, SLIDERS & CHAINS
Zip Sliders
We also stock a selection of trendy, high quality zip sliders and pullers. Our sliders are normally electro-plated, but we can also supply them to suit customer’s specific requirements, subject to minimum quantities being ordered.

Cut Zips
Our cut zips are manufactured from zip chain, and all the specifications for types and colours will be similar. Cut zips are made to customer’s requirements regarding lengths, types, colours and choice of sliders.
Our standard range is in excess of 300 colours. Please contact our offices to view an accurate sample colour chart. We are equipped to produce any special colours you require, subject to minimum quantities being ordered.

Zip Chain
Our zip chain is available in #3, #5, #8 and #10 sizes. Our colour range covers a spectrum in excess of 300 colours. Special colours can also be produced to suit your unique requirements, subject to minimum quantities being ordered.
